  2. Have you already read Of Fire And Stars? Do you know if it would fit for the Biracial MC category?

    2. I've read the book. There's a bisexual MC but not a biracial one.

  3. Going to add some of these to my TBR.
The Girl from the Well is East Asia (Japan) not West Asia, fyi.
Some of the categories are required to be own voices, but some of your recs aren't.

    1. Also, I haven't read them yet, but I'm pretty sure neither of the recs under Arab MC actually feature Arab characters. One is about an Iranian American character, who is more likely to be Persian than Arab since that's the largest ethniclinguistic group in Iran, and the author speaks Farsi. The other is set in Afghanistan, where the three largest ethnic groups are Pashtun, Tajik, and Hazara.

    2. The two books under the Arab MC category were given to me by an Arab American. Once I read them, if I discover they aren't, I'll change them. Thank you for the correction on the Girl From the Well.

I'm curious as to which categories I don't have at least one own voice author on. As I stated, this is in no way a comprehensive list and I did try my best.

  4. I love this so much! I want to do it so much but I will be away for half of January, but will keep this post for when I come back! Is the goal to read each book for that day?
